Forward progress you say?

Seems like we actually have some of that happening.

It appears as though there was a lot of miscommunication between our construction coordinator, and everyone else involved with the project. Poorly chosen words led us to believe something that apparently wasn't true.

So, that being said, the materials needed to start building our cockpit were purchased last week. Construction on said cockpit is slated to begin this week. We're also on the hunt for various bits and bobs to make blank walls and consoles look like they make things go whoosh. I have some leads, so hopefully they pan out.

We're also gonna have to take another trip to the scrap yard I think.

We'll update on our progress as it happens.

Construction has begun. Framing is well underway, and our basic drive consol has been assembled. It's starting to look like a cockpit :)

keep the Waves coming

I pop in from time to time, thought I'd leave a post but had to redo my password. That's when I noticed I've been a member over 2 years....my how time flies.

Keep us posted on what's happening. Sounds like April/May some good things went down but the Cortex has been silent since. There's a lot of us rooting for your success. It sounds like you're most of the way there too!

We're looking at the 6th,

We're looking at the 6th, 7th and 8th of August for completing the cockpit build. Hopefully we're able to get it done at that time, and get in there to film shortly after.

We'll let you know how it goes :)
