I've been a fan of Firefly since the initial showing of "The Train Job" on Fox. Even though, I missed a third of the episode due to pre-empting and the Fox affiliate in rochester NY did not show it, so I had to plug in the rabbit ears and watch it on the Buffalo station. Mal's verbal exchange with the sherriff at the end of the show, sold it for me.

I would love to be involved in a production like this, but distance has made that unlikely. I have worked with many High School productions, as anything from bit part extras, to stage manager. Characters from a goblin in the Hobbit, to an old broken down Lone Ranger, to a big black (carnivorous) Box.
